We're looking for a - HR Lead for Training and Performance Management- to be part of our credit team. Opportunity

- You will be driving Training, Incentives and Performance Management for Credit-Collection field team Pan India.

- You will partner with Tech/Product, Business Intelligence and Field operations team to design and implement field performance enhancement strategies. Have an opportunity to contribute to the company at both the strategic and operational levels while delivering people management programs.

- To achieve this, you should have technology and HR experience understanding/experience of digitally driving training and performance management programs for remote teams.

Requirement

- You are a self-driven, energetic, tech enthusiast. You love working with digitally intuitive HR techniques (in a dynamic, fast-paced environment) to create excitement among the team.

- Ability to understand the psyche of field teams, identify different levers to motivate them and drive collection efficacy.

- You are a self-starter, ready to experiment with new-age technology to train field force across the breadth of the country.

- Design and deliver a holistic development proposition to develop, engage and retain talent. This should span across the life cycle of employees: Onboarding, Training, Performance Management and Offboarding.

- Numbers drove. You track your operational metrics constantly, consistently deliver results and relentlessly pursue improvement.

- You have 7-8 years in the field of Human resources management with a Technology degree and experience of driving tech initiatives.
