What you will need - - Prior experience of institutional sales, RFQ/RFP based selling, Key account management - Leading a young and motivated city team (up to 5+ people) to become the place for B2B business - Communicating effectively and driving alignment on the mission, goals/ targets, why and how of what has to be done - Super aligned on customer experience - Interpreting and analysing data to understand problem sharply and analyse proposed solutions - Experience of 2 - 3 years in KAM in Food and Fresh/Perishable segment is preferred What you will do: - Responsible for generating demand from a designated set of customers. - Capable of independently acquiring, managing and growing SMB clients. - Target planning for the city team and regular training through Market visits. - Be the single Point of Contact for Market/Customer feedback by understanding buyers insight, seasonality changes, brand and competition strategies - Assess business performance by maintaining tracker to analyse GMV, sales achievement for events, promotions and product launches - Coordinate with supply chain to ensure high customer experience and satisfaction - Drive category growth through innovation and new initiatives
