Sales Head PAN India (Fashion) Role :- End to End Ownership of PAN India (Sales, Demand Generation, Manpower, Collection, Market Insights, etc) Responsibilities : - Setting sales objective, targets and effective accounts receivables management - Lead ASM/ASEs, Senior TSIs, and BDEs directly to achieve sales objectives with customer-centric approach - Channel Partner management - fill gaps in coverage, reduce attrition and implement self-working service to retailers - Directly leading a team of Tl's, Supervisors to optimize efficiency of operations and achieve the performance target of assigned areas. - Leading a very large fleet of sales executives across areas and will need to warrant an efficient and healthy work environment. - Assisting the management in implementing new strategic initiatives as well as contribute with ideas for effectively scaling up the operations in these areas. - Improve the systems, processes and policies in the operations team to better support management reporting, information flow and relevant business metrics. - Source, hire and training.& providing individual coaching feedback sessions and have weekly one-on-ones with team to maintain a motivated work environment
