What you will do - 1. Fraud and transaction risk management: 2. Program manage user fraud and transaction risk management 3. Understand the drivers of various business functions 4. Own the RTO charter, understand the drivers of RTO, work towards the reduction of RTO 5. Understand and identify the risk areas in the lifecycle of user transactions 6. Create a playbook of various possible fraud and risk, identification, actions to be taken and closure 7. Continuously evolve the model and improve it to identify the risks much earlier in the transaction lifecycle 8. Define rules to flag and highlight high-risk users and implement them in system Key Skill Sets Required - 1. Hands on experience in forecasting, planning and Business Modelling 2. Proficiency in SQL, R, MS-excel 3. Superior analytical and Statistical skills, data-driven approach 4. Strong bias for action 5. Comfortable to work/adapt in an ambiguous, ever-evolving environment 6. Ability to communicate technical and analytical concepts 7. Ability to work independently 8. Experience in work with cross-functional teams 9. Experience in CPG, e-commerce, the retail industry with exposure on Planning or Supply Chain Functions preferred
