We are a passionate and driven team on a mission to bring the power of the internet to Indian entrepreneurs. We're looking for a - Digital Leader & Strategist- to be part of our credit team. Opportunity :

You will be driving Innovation, FinTech engagements and Digital payments solutions for Credit/Collection across India. You will partner with Tech/Product and business operation team to strategize, design - Touchless- /Cost-effective and efficient tools for collections of dues from customers. To achieve this you should have sound understanding/experience of driving masses to PAY Digitally and with a minimum nudge.

Requirement :

- You are a self-driven, energetic, Tech Enthusiast- . You love creating customer-focused, innovative and seamless payments & lending solutions.

- You are a self-starter, you proactively identify different methods and technique to move customers towards the online platform. Design and implement such techniques at large scale.

- Ability to understand and differentiate borrowers into various behavioral segments. Use these psychological insights and advanced analytics to build new/innovative treatments to improve collection success rates.

- Ability to identify - Better Carrots- and - Effective Nudges- . Motivating customers to make Touchless payments. Understand - Deterrence- techniques and proactively use to drive early repayment behavior.

- You have top-notch process management skills. You are a master at designing and executing processes at a high scale, speed, quality, and low cost. You run a disciplined and tight operation.

- Numbers drove. You track your operational metrics constantly, consistently deliver results and relentlessly pursue improvement.

- You have 7-8 years of experience of driving digital client experience, Innovation, product development & commercialization. Your experience must include entrepreneurial and/or credit payments/collections stints.
