To acquire, maintain and nurture such relationships we have a dedicated team of field resources in every part of the country. - The Demand Lead is expected to lead such teams for the respective category. - He or she will be required to have the aggression of a sales leader while thinking strategically to achieve diverse goals for the respective category. - It will entail leading on ground sales executives and their respective team leaders to achieve tremendous growth for the category. What you will need : - You are a self-driven, energetic, operations expert. You love building operations from the ground - up and scaling them. - You have top-notch people management skills.
