- Lifestyle categories in India are widely fragmented with a variety of brands, manufacturers and markets. Udaan is integrating all the manufacturers, brands and retailers of the country onto a single platform with integrated financing and supply chain offerings. An average Indian consumer wants to buy a quality product, latest trends at his preferential price point but the opportunity is largely underserved. At Udaan we are trying to solve this by working together with brands, manufacturers and chase this massive Indian opportunity. We are looking for a dynamic individual to lead - Demand Generation- for the Avengers project (internal name). The role expects the person to

- Reach out to the inactive buyer base of about 4 lac clothing buyers

- Build a team of executives, regional and zonal heads to cover the length and breadth of the country for touchpointing all the relevant buyers

- Build a strong execution culture on the ground with a hard-working, efficient, aggressive and honest sales fleet

- Understand the reasons of drop-offs and work with category, operations and product team to build the right experience for the buyers from there on

- Drive the buyer reactivation program to activate 2 lac dormant buyers across the category and drive a topline of 100-150cr a month from the same

- Own the monthly/ quarterly/ long term plans for the business and execute them with rigor

- Build the market dependence on Udaan. Evolve Udaan as the preferred mode of b2b trade for the buyers

Minimum Requirements :

- Has experience in managing a geographically distributed sales fleet of 200 or more on ground salesmen

- Has owned and managed a 500cr+ distribution portfolio

- Has worked in a highly competitive and high paced/ high growth environment

- Is comfortable with frequent travel

- Loves new challenges, is willing to settle into a new category, new business opportunity

- Is hands on, works on the ground and via his people

- Has grown through the ecosystem working at various levels contributing meaningfully to the business

- Is extremely ambitious and works towards making large impact

- Passionate and driven individuals looking to work with a similar bunch of people
