Opportunity You will own the credit PnL and processes for an assigned portfolio at Udaan. You'll be enabling and expanding credit access to Udaan traders in your territory. You'll control &amp; improve process &amp; operations excellence in your territory. You'll be responsible for the key business metrics of your portfolio as well as grow and shape the overall PnL. You'll have great opportunities to develop &amp; foster various skill sets: - You'll engage SMBs across India and develop a thorough understanding of credit's role across the SMB sector. - You'll distill your findings into simple solutions and help define Udaan's credit product. - You'll orchestrate on the ground operationalization of the credit product and develop feedback loops for product enhancement. - You'll work in a cross functional role interfacing with multiple teams and managing a team of field staff and team managers - You'll learn how to manage a line of business.
