- Maintain the smooth relationship with Youtuber/PGC/OGC company/video maker/Agency/4A Agency ECT.

- Other temporary assignments from the manager

- Coordinate the OGC/PGC company to create better video

- Relevant Content acquisition and new alliances

- Cooperation with We-Media & PGC & OGC company ECT., and invite them to join our platform, and lead the team for smooth and better coordination

Key Requirements include:

The ideal candidate should have:

- Good Skills at team building and management

- Good at coordination and communication

- Having abundant source in the field of We-Media & PGC & OGC company or relevant industry

- Should have understanding about the data and can make a conclusion out of it.

- Have good negotiation and planning skills

- Good Knowledge about video platform specially Youtube, Facebook etc(know their eco system very well)

- Know how to execute and result oriented.

- Good Knowledge about video platform specially Youtube, Facebook etc(know their eco system very well)

- Have good understanding and connection with Video Content providers (MCN,

- Content Aggregators, Media Houses and Production companies).

- Know about the Digital Advertising & Marketing Industry very well

- Open to share his/her knowledge and also ready to learn new things (should be flexible) at the same time
