Job Description for Securities Operations Analyst/Manager  Job Location : Hyderabad  Your experience and skills :  You have :  - Strong background in Operations Management, preferably in Securities - with ideally 6-8 years of industry experience in the Banking/Stock broking sector   - Good understanding of operational risk, particularly in relation to the securities business  - Experience of working on Securities systems is a strong benefit  - Flexibility - there is a significant element of reacting to circumstances and defining & delivering to requirements at the last moment. The person who will be successful in this role is able to juggle numerous tasks of different types, which could range from strategy development, through delivery, relationship management and everyday administration   - Excellent organizational and rigorous follow-up skills  - Relationship building and management, ability to manage conflict and tension  - Influencing and communication skills, particularly to senior stakeholders from a remote location  - Ability to work as per US time-zone (there is some flexibility to rotate through other shifts once the team is setup and stabilized)  You are :   - A great communicator, you know how to speak with people at all levels   - Able to continuously improve on processes/situations around you and quickly turnaround deliverables  - Having a pragmatic "can do" attitude   - Able to challenge the status quo  - A team player and possess excellent people management skills  - Proficient in presentation and analysis techniques and tools (MS Office, Excel, PowerPoint etc)  About us :  Expert advice.
