We're a process-minded group dedicated to creating seamless, efficient, and economical distribution and recall of devices and collateral to support our cities growth worldwide.  - The team is looking for an operations rock-star to manage the global supply chain for Partner devices. With mobile devices in over 60 countries the ideal candidate would enter the role with a solid understanding of operating and building a global forward and reverse logistics network that is adaptable to future needs.  What you will do :  - Manage multiple projects - Work and task prioritization, planning and deliver results  - Manage inventory health by ensuring efficient inventory flow across India. Involves determining and executing exit strategies for unproductive inventory, and analyzing inventory position  - Improve visibility of inventory systems by designing appropriate reporting and communicate our inventory plan to partners in cities, finance, and management  - Integrate strong and clear analysis and business rationale into sound recommendation and decision making  - Work with cross functional teams to further improve key processes  - Track actual spending versus target to identify deltas and corrective actions to bring back on track  - Manage invoice price variance claims resulting from various reasons  - Work with city teams to ensure predictable, accurate forecasts and updates for your projects and tasks  - Manage all project related communications, including project status and escalations to Senior and Executive staff teams  - Manage cost reviews that deep dive through every aspect of your project costs  What we are looking for :  - Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering or a Supply Chain/Operations discipline  - 7+ years of experience in supply chain, logistics or inventory management  - 7+ years of experience managing cross-functional projects with tight deadlines while making a day-to-day difference  - Strong data extraction, analytical and problem solving skills; ability to work with large, complex data sets and familiarity with statistics or other analytical techniques; excel skills are required  - A team oriented leader.
