Global Tax Compliance

- Research and analyzing the tax development, on periodical basis and preparing the impact study

- Reviewing and monitoring the reporting requirements for all group companies.

- Documenting the inter-group transactions, in accordance with local transfer pricing regulations

- Conducting tax research and analysis for the group restructuring, acquisition and merger proposal

- Preparation and review of periodical tax returns

- Analyzing the VAT/Excise duty compliance, by conducting periodical health checks

- Formulating GCC VAT implementation strategy and tax planning steps be taken for mitigating the overall group tax outflow

- Analyzing the OECD BEPS action plans and formulating the tax strategies to manage the impact

- Preparing and maintaining the Master and local file, for the group companies

- Reviewing the tax provisions and advising on tax accounting for all linked transactions

- Optimizing the group tax outflow, through transaction structuring and expatriate tax planning

- Identification of system changes and implementation for better compliance

- Preparation and maintenance of tax risk register and identification of controls to be in place for mitigating the risk

- Handling the M&A activities

Global Regulatory Compliance:-

- Conducting periodical research on the regulatory laws and its developments

- Assisting in preparation of policies and procedures on regulatory compliance

- Collect, analyze and prepare reports required for senior management, regulators and other interested bodies.

- Assisting in obtaining the license

- Research and requirement report for new expansion plans

- Provide support during all internal and external audits

- Preparation of manuals, checklists and coordination with internal audit and country finance team on the various findings

- Quarterly review of capital adequacy requirements of the group companies

- Submission of periodical reports on the business compliance like risk matrix, global regulatory info dashboard and report on supervisory ratios

- Review of business compliance and identifying the GAP's for group companies

- Preparation and maintenance of regulatory control tracker

- Others requirements as assigned by the management
