This position will be based at a unit of TVS known as Firestone TVS in Madurai.   Provide Leadership to all commercial operations as such as Purchase, Material Management, Vendor Development.  Major Deliverable as follows:   Facilitate planning Inventory and Management   Ensuring timely actions on all purchase requests   Vendor souring and development for all procurement needs   Periodic review of Vendor   Identify and suggest cost optimization for all logistics operations   Liaison with Govt. Authorities for all matter related taxes under commercial operations   Improve Vendor quality and implement quality system as "source" to eliminate defects   Coordinates for ISO 9001 implementation and maintenance of records.   Experience in Purchase from any manufacturing Industry can apply.   Engineering graduate with above experience will be preferred.
