Manager / Sr Manager – HRD for resourcing

Place of work: Hosur

Reporting to: Head – HR, TVSM

Responsibilities

- Develop manpower budget in terms of numbers and cost in discussion with department heads

- Plan and execute mid-career requirements

- Plan and execute campus recruitment (Diploma Engineers/Graduate Engineers/M Tech/MBA and others)

- Continuously improve the recruitment processes – quality and lead time

- Employee value proposition (EVP)

Requirements

- Engineering graduate with MBA (HR) from a reputed business school

- 6 to 8 years experience from a reputed concern (minimum 3 years served in a company)

- Should have reporting relationship of Second Level. Must be a manager for minimum of one year.

- Experience in Automobile/Engineering industry is an added advantage.

Special skills requirements

- Good communication skills

- Generalist knowledge of Human Resource functions

- Sharp Negotiation skills

- Decision making skills
