Role : Facility manager (3 number of requirements)
Reporting to : General Manager
Location : Hosur (Near Bangalore) initially and then posted at Chennai
1) Manager / Senior manager - 2 : with 15 to 18 years experience
2) Assistant manager - 1 : with 8 to 12 years experience
Roles :
- Projects and maintenance of Mechanical, Electrical and Plumbing Equipments / networks
- Project and maintenance of HVAC system
- Maintenance of Home appliances, Home electronic devices
- Knowledge and experience in Building Management system
- Housekeeping / pest control / Labour management
- Tendering and contract management, Accounts management
- Project Management
Qualification :
- BE Mechanical / Electrical / Civil (or)
- Degree in Hotel management
Knowledge in TQM/TPM preferred
Age limit :
- Manager/Senior manager - 35 to 40 years
- Assistant manager - 30 to 35 years
