TVS Electronics - Senior Manager - Business Development (10-12 yrs)
Position : Senior Manager - Business Development
Location - Chennai
1. Acquire new clients and crack accounts
2. Create visibility and Market penetration
3. Accountable for the business transformation from offering Product and Service to offering Solution to the clients
4. Analyze market trends; recommend changes to marketing and business development strategies based on analysis and feedback.
5. Maintain robust Funnel to sustain and to support Business growth.
6. Ability to clinch large deals and chase a revenue target.
7. Ability to identifying and exploring New Geographies and verticals.
8. Drive sustainable financial growth through boosting sales and forging strong relationships with clients.
9. Coordinate with Business teams to prepare Business proposal for customer acquisition, ensure due diligence (SOW, SLA, penalties etc).
Critical Exposure / Experience required :
1. Strong B2B Sales Experience.
2. Business Development experience in Service / Solution Industry.
3. Knowledge of Landscape and client base across the country.
4. Strategic Thinker
5. Cracked accounts (Hunter)
6. Mental Agility and Communication
7. Work experience in reputed organizations
8. Must have acquired reputed clients
Experience : 10 to 12 years
Qualification : PGDM, MBA, PGDBA
