Tupperware - Specialist - Sales Force Promotions & Events (4-6 yrs)

Department/Function : Marketing

Position/Title : Specialist SF Promotions and Events

Reporting to : Lead - SF Promotions and Events

Role Purpose :

- Work with the Promotions team to create and manage Sales Force Promotion Plans with respect to attractiveness and budget.

Roles & Responsibilities :

- Plan and develop attractive SF Promotions Calendar that motivates and engages the SF to ensure achievement company targets

- Propose and design a creative theme for each month

- Preparation of DB dockets, communication of same to the regional team as well as eth DBs

- Design and create a promotional calendar

- Analyse effectiveness of previous years promotions, data received from DMA team and WEBDMIS and feedback gathered from the DBs and Sales team

- Managing product (production), imports and distribution for SF promotions

- Finalize the products to be included in the promotions, ensuring the budget and profit levels are met

- Managing end-to-end for Non-tupperware gifts and gift cards for SF promotions

- Propose exclusive non-tupperware products and gift cards to be offered as part of the SF promotions

- Negotiation with the vendors

- Handle procurement, activation and dispatch of gift cards and also support in issue resolution related to them

- Follow up with ware house to ensure timely procurement and delivery of products from vendors to the eligible Sales Force

Support in developing concept, design, creative and execution of the Tupperware Events planned throughout the year:

- Help the team through creative inputs and be a part of the execution.

- Plan, procure and initiate movement of the gifts/ collaterals

Other duties and responsibilities :

- Monitor SF promotions - effectiveness, gather feedback and make regular recommendations for improvement

- Ensuring on time communication to the Sales Force on regular basis.

Desired Profile :

Qualification : MBA from reputed College

Knowledge :

- MS Excel & Power point

- Business acumen

- Good working knowledge of technological developments, trends and competitor activity

- Influencing skills

- Analytical Skills

- Understanding of Sales force need

- Communication skills

Experience Required : 4-6 years in Sales and Marketing. Prior experience is sales or Trade Marketing/ promotions is an advantage.
