Tupperware - Lead - Capability Development - South Region (6-11 yrs)
Position : Lead - Capability Development
- Reporting to Solid line reporting to National Sales Director
- Dotted line reporting to Regional Head
Job Purpose :
- Lead the Tupperware's overall Learning and Development plan for Sales team (internal) and Sales Force (external) with focus on Capability Development for the region.
Roles & Responsibilities :
- Anchor the I ROAR (Recruit-Onboard-Activate-Retain) program for the Sales Force through various training interventions.
- Develop the Sales Force on key skills like selling skills, soft skills etc by imparting various modules like Consultant University, Manager University etc. and prepare them for the next level.
- Create a robust leadership pipeline by identifying the potential leaders from the sales and handholding and developing them. Handhold and coach the identified talent and thereby help them grow.
- Design and develop new and innovative modules on the new sales platforms/ new products and launch and cascade the same to the respective teams and drive productivity through personal field visits and refreshers.
- Train the Sales teams and Sales Force on all the product categories through interesting and innovative product workshops.
- Create and Lead module for Special clubs/ events like GSG,
- Summer Celebration, Jubilee, RLC, DB Conference etc
- Assessing and recording the impact of the training and development programs through continuous field visits
- Effective Coordination of different trainings/courses/materials in order to ensure the timely effective implementation of all planned activities.

Educational Qualification & Relevant Experience :
- MBA/Diploma in Training & Development.
- Minimum 6 years relevant working experience in training and about 3-5 years management experience.
