As a senior cruise manager you will help to create unforgettable outbound cruise holidays for all of our customers.   Knowledge hub  You will be the central contact person for cruise for all our retailers and other internal colleagues handling B2B cruise queries, in case they have any questions. You are the cruise-knowledge hub and you are ought to provide in-depth specialist cruise knowledge to all your colleagues.  Cruise product management  You will align with the product team to create cruise & land packages. You will interact with internal departments in order to tailor package (flight, accommodation) around the cruise product.  Business development & strategy  You will support the cruise team to further grow the TUI cruise business. You will work on a variety of cruise projects such as; cruise research, cruise product development, cruise strategy, cruise supplier meetings, cruise industry events, cruise training, cruise marketing co-ops, etc.   Consultative selling  You will be handling B2C cruise queries: You will sell consultatively, using active listening skills. You consult the customer on cruise options available and give personal recommendation based on customer requirements. You customize cruise holiday for the customer by combining cruise product with appropriate pre- and post-stay packages.   As a result of our cruise investments and efforts, and thanks to your cruise knowledge which you spread through the organization, the B2C cruise queries should significantly grow according to our ambitious growth plan. Consequently, an additional person needs to be hired for cruise sales and your focus will shift more to knowledge management, cruise product management and business development, and will shift away from sales.
