Job Description:

Role Purpose:

Our client is one of the world's leading Corporate Groups with 46 Offices in India, 29 listed companies and present throughout the world.

The Corporate Relationship Manager will be base at the clients- office in Mumbai and responsible for growing sales of the TUI India product portfolio throughout the Corporate's businesses.

Role Requirements:

Accountability & Responsibilities:

- First point of contact for all related questions and queries from the Cooperate in question.

- Responsibility for ensuring the TUI India holiday's website is placed within as many of the Corporate businesses as possible.

- Put in place a calendar of roadshows at key locations and manage all aspects (setup, leads follow up, bookings, marketing options) from start to finish.

- Responsible for the annual Corporate target.

- Required to sell all TUI India Product & Services to different channel & branches of the Corporate.

- Overall management of all strategic, operational, marketing and relationship activities.

- Drive increased revenue and profit to achieve the company's growth target.

- Planning and coordinating on the new business & Marketing Plans to reach out to end customer.

Main Tasks:

- Deliver a strategy with the VP Strategy Business Development & the VP Distribution to maximize sales, prioritizing the major revenue opportunities and identifying both short and long term options available to TUI India.

- Review product propositions, propose product line-up, and implement development plans to deliver throughout the Corporate.

- Work with manager to update a 5-year plan to communicate and promote the Corporate development and strategy within the business.

- Feed in requirements for new reporting and measurement tools to provide effective management and performance monitoring.

- Work closely with the main Corporate distribution channels to set and achieve appropriate performance targets, utilizing incentive programmes and ensuring that the relevant teams are well trained and briefed on both the products and sales strategy.

- Promote a culture of focusing on the big wins and prioritization to ensure resource is used where it adds most value.

- Monitor targets for each product and propose actions to address under performance

- Regularly review competitive offering within the travel industry and beyond to learn and grow ancillary revenue.

- Managing the entire sales process including cold calling, prospecting, telemarketing, networking, roadshows & business Events.

- Track all business development activities, analyse quarterly progress and suggest new strategies based on these findings.

Key Skills, Knowledge, Experience and Competencies required to fulfill role:

- Strong commercial acumen & negotiation skills.

- Effective and persuasive negotiation & communication skills - facilitating consensus on completing goals and objectives, presenting internally and externally.

- Good network displaying strong relationship management to co-ordinate through a matrix structure across a large number of locations of businesses.

- Strong interpersonal skills.

- Structured, organised and disciplined approach to work.

- Ability to work at all levels, from strategic planning through to helping the business to complete test plans for particular projects.

- Knowledge of the sales process with the ability to understand and interpret Corporate needs.

- Knowledge of the travel industry would be beneficial, but not essential.

Personal Attributes:

- Bachelors/ Masters Degree in business or Equivalent.

- 5-6 years of prior work experience in Corporate Sales from Hospitality, Wealth management or equivalent sector.

- Proficiency using Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint

- Excellent written and verbal communications skills.
