Candidate Profile – Project Lead / Engagement Manager for Organization Effectiveness Practise

- Graduate or Engineer + MBA from a reputed institution with a strong academic background.

- Premier institutes would include IIM A, IIM B, IIM C, IIM L, IIM I, XLRI, Symbiosis,PuneTISS,FMS, NITIE (only PGDIM course), SPJain or JBIMS. Candidates must have a good academic track record.

Experience

- Between 4 and 8 years of post MBA experience. (Passed out between 2005 and 2009). Most of the experience should have been in the Organization Effectiveness/People & change practice

- Person with previous experience with any reputed consulting firm would be preferred

Experience should cover :

- Organization structure & Job evaluation

- Competency mapping, assessment center design and talent assessments

- Career pathing, succession planning & leadership development.

- Cultural & HR Transformation

- Employee attraction, engagement & retention

- Additional 1 - 2 years of pre MBA experience would be an added advantage.

- Candidates from Mumbai will be preferred

Required Skills

- Structured thinking ability

- Capabilities in development of customers, offerings & products

- Good domain know-how in any of the following areas :

- Business restructuring,

- Organization culture

- Job evaluation

- Employee engagement & retention

- HR Transformation

- Talent assessment, leadership development & succession planning

Role:

- The candidate would be required to play an important role in expanding the Organization Effectiveness Consulting Practice of Tata Strategic.

- The incumbent would be required to lead projects and work closely with Practice Head inbusiness development activities with clients,

- Be responsible for the revenues for his/her practice/service offerings and develop expertise in the offering areas.

- Their role would also entail managing client relations, managing team and giving overall guidance & direction to their team.

- The candidate must have strong domain knowledge to be able to provide insights to the team and be a thought leader.

- He/She would be required to provide fresh insights on employee engagement, organization culture, HR transformation, organization design, leadership development & succession planning in the specified sector

- The candidate would be required to work across geographies.

- Candidate must be willing to travel.

- The position would be based out of Mumbai.

About Organization Effectiveness Practice

Organization effectiveness is the most emerging & promising practice area of Tata Strategic and in the last couple of years has successfully established itself as a practice that help client solve their organization problems from business perspective in measureable terms. OE practice has been successful in differentiating itself from other full fledge HR consulting firm by bringing in

a. understanding & expertise of business strategy while solving their people & organization related issues/concerns
