TRUX - Manager/Senior Manager - Corporate Sales (5-7 yrs)
Responsibilities:
- Meet with important clients and scout for potential prospects regularly.
- Responsible for the operations of a company's sales force, development and implementation of annual sales.
- Monitoring performance of teams and sales goals and meeting with other company managers to ensure that business objectives are executed properly and right on schedule.
- In charge of maximizing sales of the company and drive to make company revenues grow as much as possible.
- Ensure clarity of common objectives, which he/she must disseminate to field employees.
- Establish effective programs to compensate, coach, appraise and train sales personnel.
- Responsible for ensuring that each team member meets individual goals and the overall sales goal of the company.
- Holds regular meeting with sales staff
- Manage clients, drivers, transporters, demand & supply team.
- A candidate having mentioned skills: Organization, entrepreneurial, interpersonal, management and negotiating skills.
Requirements :
- Sales experience of doing counter-to-counter selling to Proprietors/SME's/Corporates.
- Prior team management experience is a must.
- Excellent knowledge of the city. Willingness to work in different parts of the city.
- Excellent command over spoken Hindi and English.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office.
Salary: upto 10 LPA
