City Head- Lucknow

Job Role :

As a City Head, you will directly report to the CEO and will involve working closely with the client representatives (including CTOs and CXOs of Large and SME businesses) and strategic partners.

Please Note :

- Notice Period Not more than 30 days.

Responsibilities :

- Lead the entire end-to-end sales process

- Responsible for developing a strong sales pipeline, converting this in to new business and managing existing client accounts to realize their full potential

- Responsible for the overall operations of a company's sales force, development and implementation of annual sales

- Meet with important clients and scout for potential prospects regularly

- Develop new strategies, tactics, and plans for future growth of company's database.

- Study the previous stats of the company and understand the policies adopted by company to improve these stats.

- Generate reports based on facts. Meet the target set within the given deadline with restricted territory and accounts.

- Represent the company's business policies in various conferences, trade fairs and networking events to attract more and more clients.

- Manage local regulatory concerns and policies

- Communicate product/process needs to HQ.

- Help other city heads in scaling up the business through developing and sharing best practices

- Monitoring performance of team and meeting with business development managers to ensure that business objectives are executed properly and right on schedule

- Establish performance goal for each employee and monitor if the team is able to meet up the expectations or not.

- Continuously motivate the team, and inspire them to stay focused on company's goals.

- Effectively communicate value proposals with different presentations.

- Get best quotation from team; make amendments in the team members if necessary.

- Travel across various states if required to attend various seminars, and events.

- Monitor payment realization against orders and area wise payment reports

- A candidate having Leadership, entrepreneurial, interpersonal, management and negotiation skills.

Requirements :

- MBA/PGDM from a reputed B School

- Prior team management experience is a must.

- Ability to speak local language is a must.

- Sales experience of doing counter-to-counter selling to SME's / Corporates

- Excellent knowledge of the city.

- Willingness to work in different parts of the city.

- Excellent command over spoken Hindi and English.

- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office.

Salary Range: 9 - 12 LPA
