Job Title: Marketing Head/Chief Marketing Officer

Immediate reporting team:

External:

- PR agencies

- Advertising agencies

- Digital Marketing Agencies

- Media Agencies

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES (BUT NOT LIMITED TO)

Strategic Development:

1. Lay the roadmap of integrated strategic marketing plans across cities.

2. Understand the brand values and devise the strategic marketing plans for establishing Truweight as most trusted brand.

3. Work closely with the Founders for laying the foundation of the marketing initiatives to have a direct impact on the sales progression & brand excellence.

4. Conduct market research to identify & tap the potential opportunities

5. Identify & suggest potential product improvement plans

6. Develop and maintain Marketing performance dashboard to measure ROI and draw quantitative analytical insight

Marketing initiatives:

1. Collaborate with content, design and product teams to develop unique & creative marketing solutions to expedite growth

2. Develop marketing campaigns with quantifiable objectives to measure results

3. Efficiently guide the execution of marketing initiatives for positive brand building and sales progression.

4. Conceptualize and drive the digital marketing programs to create conversion metric strategies, lead generation & social monitoring catering B2C environments.

5. Lead & guide ATL/BTL & SEO/SEM team for optimum social presence ensuring positive turnaround

6. Ensure potential increase in the download and usage of the Truweight App

Financial Development:

1. Responsible for creating efficient and cost-effective Marketing Budget best suited for Truweight as a start-up.

2. Responsible for driving traffic of potential clients through offline & online marketing plans to meet the financial objectives

3. Negotiate commercials with the vendors to drive cost-effective marketing campaigns

4. Collaborate with the Sales team to tune-in the marketing plan in line with achieving revenue targets.

5. Work closely with the Finance Controller to monitor the in-flow and out-flow of revenue and capital respectively through marketing initiatives

Partnering with external stakeholders:

1. Partner & manage appropriate Ad agencies for print/TV/online Ads

2. Collaborate & manage various media partners for promoting Truweight products & it's services

3. Maintain healthy relationship with the PR agencies to ensure positive brand presence of Truweight

4. Efficiently manage various vendors, handling Truweight marketing campaigns

CANDIDATE PROFILE (Technical, Operational, Managerial, Human & Cultural Requirements)

- Must have a keen sense of brand management.

- Must have hands-on experience in Digital Marketing.

- Must be result oriented & data driven

- Should have helped a start-up build as a brand from scratch

- Marketing Experience with Mobile App based brand will be added advantage

- Must have creative, intriguing & impactful thinking

- Must have problem solving attitude

- Must understand the criticality of timely deliverables in a start-up culture

- Should have proven track record in conceptualizing, planning & executing integrated marketing campaigns

- Must have in-depth experiential knowledge of e-commerce retailing, especially with the start-ups.
