Job Profile :

This role involves managing the entire finance and accounts function, including:

- Complete accounts management of the company

- Audits

- MIS reporting

- Tax planning

- Budgets & expense planning (monthly/quarterly)

- Cash cycle management

- Payment collections from clients

- Payment disbursement to vendors

- TDS & other compliances

- Management of the accounts team

- Core part of the strategy team of the company

Qualifications required :

The following are non-negotiable qualifications required for this role.

- Qualified Chartered Accountant

- Experience in managing accounts end-to-end

- Experience working in a large accounting firm

Skills Required :

- Organized & disciplined

- Trustworthy & honest

- Keen eye for detail

- Hands on with accounting

- Good mentoring skills for juniors

- Good with numbers & analytics
