Major Responsibilities :
1. Defining the sales strategy in the selected market
2. Commercial accountability includes reaching margin & volume targets and establishing growth through the right choice of portfolio and marketing tools for given geographies.-
3. Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction
4. Perform cost-benefit of existing/potential customers to meet their needs competitive activities and potential for new products and services.-
5. Furthermore, accountability involves working together with marketing, supply chain, and other distribution colleagues in order to increase our presence in the distribution market.
6. Sales execution starts at the pre-contracting phase and ends with payment of the invoice.
Required skills :
1. Relevant industry experience is the must.
2. Exceptional oral and written communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with all levels of management
3. Have a strong understanding of sales and marketing and proven ability to see an idea through to full implementation.
4. High-energy, self-starter that is assertive, possesses a high degree of self-confidence and intellectual curiosity, exhibits a bias for action and demonstrates good executive presence-
Annual CTC: 6L to 8L + sales commission-
