Job Responsibilities :

Learning & Development :

- Job Competency Modeling & Mapping with individual employees. Identifying the developmental areas.

- Driving mentorship and Hi-Performance program for building up a talent pool for succession planning

- Training needs analysis and formulating the annual training calendar

- Identifying the developmental areas and delivering customized training program (Behavioral / Functional)

- Training Effectiveness Analysis and ensuring a positive ROI for the trainings conducted

Performance Management for employee development :

- Driving performance management activity in co-ordination with the departmental heads.

Employee Engagement :

- Driving the employee engagement activities across the business vertical to ensure employee job satisfaction and excellence.

Recruitment :

- Will have to drive the recruitment for the team whenever the need arises.

Qualifications :

MBA/ Post graduate in Human Resources or Equivalent from top Tier B- School

Skills :

- Excellent interpersonal and analytical skills

- Excellent relationship management with internal stakeholders

- Should be able to work independently, initiate and lead various HR processes across functions

Salary Offered : 8-12 LPA
