The incumbent would have significant growth opportunities for a fast track career across the group.  Preparing true and fair Financial Statements Such as Trial Balance, Trading, Profit and Loss account and Balance Sheet and supporting statements as per companies act and income tax act.  - Attending external auditors and answering their queries.  - Attending and solving day to day financial/commercial issues from Suppliers, Customers, and internal customers  - Banking, Recos etc.  - Working Capital Management & Analysis  - Accounting MIS preparation  - Proficient use of Financial Software  Financial Control :   - Performance reporting (MIS) and business planning.  - Internal Control and Risk Management.  - Application of Financial Analysis. (Cash flow, Fund flow, Capital Budgeting etc.)  - Monitoring, Managing information.  - Review of agreements, contracts, BGs for the risk and interest of the company.  - Bank facility arrangement (LC, BG, CC and others).  Tax Planning :  - Tax Planning - Analyse and develop tax opportunities. Ensure reduction of incidence of tax by appropriate tax planning techniques  - Compliances, Audit & Secretarial (ROC) :  - Sales tax (Monthly Return, Assessment and Annual audit).  - Service tax (Monthly Return, Assessment and Annual audit)  - Central Excise (Return, assessment and all cases) and attending authorities  - Income Tax (TDS Return, Advance Tax, Assessment and Annual Return)  - ROC Compliances.(return, charges, and other filings)  - Attending auditors and solving their queries.  - Statutory Compliances Such as ESIC, PF, PT & Labour welfare etc.  - Attending statutory authorities like PF, ESIC, PT and welfare.  Process Management :  - Create systems and processes for smooth functioning of Finance and Operations team and device ways of auditing the process.  Good to have had people with experience of working with a start-up.   Should be systematic in approach,   MBA/ Post graduate in Finance / CA  Strong analytical bent and bias for action  Strong bias for action.  Excellent negotiation and communication skills.  Good commercial knowledge.  Should be able to work independently.  Should be process oriented.
