Rapid growth is a primary goal and Tricon is looking for individuals who will continue to contribute to this energetic expansion.   Job Responsibilities   - Review & negotiate C/P fixtures  - Review & negotiate vessel nominations sent to/received from counter parties  - Review GTCs of counter party's contract in conjunction with Tricons GTC  - Provide support /solution to Operations & Demurrage Team on all of the above  - Support Collection Team on Demurrage Receivables.  -Tracking all liquid fixtures from the time of confirmation & maintaining spreadsheet of the record  - Collecting necessary info related to the fixture from Operations.  - Pursuing load and discharge port documents with Brokers.  - Preparing preliminary calculation based on available documents and re-bill for counter parties as per the requirement.  - Handling & updating reports.   - Analyzing Vessel & Barge Demurrage claims received from owners.  - Communicating observation & comments on claims with Owners and counter parties.  - Re-billing counterparties JDE entries of the re-bills and updating A/R notes.   - Assist collection team in providing info related to re-bill claims.  Desired Skills and Experience  Basic/Required:  - Bachelor’s degree or higher   - Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel  Preferred:  - Fluency in multiple languages  - Experience with JDE  - One to two years of experience in a commodities trading firm, Shipping industry  - Strong oral and written communication skills  - Ability to make decisions quickly and multitask
