We work closely with business and IT leaders worldwide to enable the execution of strategic initiatives designed to streamline a business function, enhance a major technology capability or even modify the enterprise itself.  - Trianz leverages its Management Consulting, and Technology Services to provide turnkey execution services to its clients across different industries.  - Trainz is headquartered in Santa Clara, California with offices in Washington DC Metro, New York, Bengaluru, Chennai, Hyderabad, and the UAE, Trianz serves a broad range of clients from Fortune 1000 to emerging companies.   - Over the past decade, Trianz has developed a reputation for excellence in execution, enabling global organizations to achieve results envisioned by their senior management.  - We are looking to hire Sales manager to manage regional client engagement.  Roles & Responsibilities :  - Over achieve sales target for the region  - Ensure all data is captured, tracked and qualified leads are entered into the CRM leads management system  - Developing strategy, tactics, sales plans and profit targets for respective geography & region  - Identifying and reporting on business opportunities in defined markets  - Representing the business at conferences, trade fairs and networking events  Maximising new business development opportunities :  - Work with cross functional teams to deliver business value to clients  - Increase Trianz market share in a defined territory or industry vertical.  - Exceeds various business objectives  - Create & articulate compelling value propositions around Trianz services.  - Maintain an accurate forecast   - Develop long-term strategic relationships with key accounts.  - Ensure customer satisfaction.  - Develop & execute against comprehensive account / territory plan.  Qualifications & requirements :  - 10 to 15 years of technology services related sales; marketing or business development experience.  - A technical background in engineering, computer science/MIS or equivalent work experience required.  - Direct field experience in working with top enterprise accounts across your assigned territory.  - Strong verbal and written communications skills.  - Services sales experience with virtualization/infrastructure & or application software solutions a bonus.  - Excellent sales and negotiation skills  - Initiative, drive and enthusiasm  - Excellent communication skills  - Good planning and organisational skills  - The ability to work calmly under pressure  - Experience in working with key stakeholders at C-Level  - Ability to manage in a matrixed environment  Travel :  Expect 30 to 40 % travel  Preferred Qualifications :  - Graduate degree required. Masters or MBA a plus.  - Experience in IT services industry
