- Ability to articulate well and good communication skill

- Tech-savvy and understand the market trends w.r.t the Talent Acquisition dynamic

- A person who has done automation projects related to Recruitment and shown some value added result to transform the team's performance and productivity

- Managing different jobs boards and social media, BGV agency and come out the best proposal

- Good negotiator
