Roles & Responsibilities :
- Book closing activity - Having good knowledge on monthly book closure activity, review of schedules, independently finalizing financials (Standalone & Consolidated financials).
- Good knowledge on direct tax, assessments, transfer pricing, knowledge on US taxation will be added advantage.
- Good Knowledge on Ind AS and US GAP is added advantage.
- Assist in developing and implementation of Internal control frameworks required under IFC.
- Handling statutory audit, internal audit for both India & US entities on quarterly basis.
