- Should have driven projects on latest technologies on cloud, digital, analytics and security.

- Good exposure to DevOps, Service oriented architecture Should have good understanding of architecture patterns, design led development. Deliver programs and own customer experience.

Own Client Success - relationship, understanding their business / pain points and solutions Develop high performance teams - motivation, assessment, identification and incentivising star performers.

- Lead detailed execution of programs ensuring a high-quality bar, timely delivery, and attention to detail. Proactively identify and resolve issues that may impair the team's ability to meet strategic, financial, and technical goals. Influence various stakeholders in driving implementation of client programs

- Drive continuous improvement through data driven approach Balancing (conflicting) needs of client, organization, people. Ability to sell idea to client, team members, and other stakeholders Ability to make winning / compelling presentations.

- Should have prior experience on handling multiple projects simultaneously, preferably across different technology and locations Should have handled 100+ geo separated team .

- Own P & L Go getter and Entrepreneur in nature
