TresVista is looking to hire an Associate in the Strategy Department who will work closely with the senior management to help execute new initiatives and address market opportunities. The individual will be responsible for strategy formulation and execution, corporate development activities, and other projects and strategic initiatives related to achieving profitable growth. The Associate will be expected to develop, direct and control the strategic and operational planning framework in the short, medium and long term.   The Associate will manage a team of Analysts and report to the Managing Director and the Senior VP, Operations. They can expect to grow within the department as the Company expands further.  Responsibilities Assumed:  Leading and taking ownership of internal strategic initiatives:  - Driving and regularly updating the company model  - Analyzing firm-wide utilization statistics  - Tracking client based performance and regularly reporting the analysis to Management   - Defining strategic issues that need to be addressed  - Initiating and conducting other department driven analyses  Driving several marketing and business development activities:  Identification and realization of growth opportunities in order to meet business objectives:  - Assessing new geographies/ markets and growing client base globally  - Analyzing new service verticals for the Company   Idea generation, planning, execution, and management of the firm's marketing and branding initiatives  Tracking competitor developments  Prerequisites:  - High level of integrity and confidentiality   - Effective decision making skills   - Strong analytical skills and familiarity with the finance industry  - Eye for detail and proactive attitude  - Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines  - Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills (written and oral)  Candidate Experience:  - 3-6 years of work experience with a bachelor's degree   - MBA preferred but not necessary  Compensation:  - Commensurate with industry standards
