TresVista is looking to hire a Business Development Associate who will be a part of the team that works closely with senior management to help execute new initiatives and address market opportunities. The functions of Sales and Marketing are also incorporated in this department.   - The individual is expected to maintain a high level of integrity and confidentiality as he/she would be privy to matters only known to the senior management.   TresVista is currently evaluating several new initiatives and revamping sales, marketing, and branding efforts. Business Development role will be integral to the formulation and execution of these plans. As such, one can expect to grow within the department as the Company expands further.  Responsibilities Assumed:  - Analyzing new geographies and service verticals for the Company and helping launch of new services  - Identifying and growing client base in the Indian and International markets in order to meet business objectives and sales targets  - Initiating relationships with multi-level decision-makers through phone, marketing mailer campaigns, and presentations  - Communicating with prospects by familiarizing oneself with Company credentials, various contractual engagements, etc.  - Using Customer Relationship Management tools for effectively tracking client and prospect relationships  - Idea generation, planning, execution, and management of the online and offline marketing and sales presence of the Company  - Coordinating with service providers for online and offline marketing initiatives and executing new branding and placement initiatives  - Working on client specific pitch presentations  - Following trends, changes, competition, and other industry related factors within the country as well as global markets  - Managing a team of Analysts  Prerequisites:  - Passion to continuously learn and grow  - Eye for detail  - Familiarity with finance industry  - Strong analytical skills  - Ability to meet tight deadlines  - Proactive attitude  - Outstanding communication skills (written and oral)  - Team-orientation with an ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously  Growth Opportunity:  - A clearly defined career path  - Subsequent promotions will lead to Senior Associate and Vice President positions accompanied by significant increase in responsibility and compensation  Candidate Experience:  - An MBA graduate with minimum of 2-4 years relevant work experience, or  - 4 to 5 years of relevant work experience with a bachelor’s degree in Marketing/Finance  Compensation:  - Commensurate with industry standards
