Job Summary

Director of Products for Platform will be responsible for building the core platform products at Treebo by leading a team of seasoned Product Managers. Come on board and shape overall technology and product landscape and build Treebo's biggest differentiator - Guest Experience. Should be equally comfortable carving out a 1-year roadmap and running weekly sprints as this role demands part hands-on Product Management and part people management.

Job Description

- Product Strategy: Define both long term strategy and quarterly roadmap to achieve the product vision and create impact.

- Conceptualisation: Product Conceptualization with a problem first, data were driven and test & iterate approach. Ensures conceptualization from a platform and a long-term lens. Ensures value-based prioritization of product initiatives.

- Product Launch: Produce high-quality product specifications (User Stories) and effectively prioritize and manage the scope of each product launch to deliver key capabilities on time. Manages a cross-functional process for prioritizing, delivering and launching products. Be the internal and external authority and advocate for your given area of focus.

Requirements

- Computer Science background is a must.

- At least 2 years of hands-on development experience.

- At least 3 years of experience in product management for platform products.

- MBA from Tier-1 B-school is an added advantage
