Position : TREASURE PORTFOLIO MANAGER ( individual role )

No. of positions : 2 [ 1 for client AUM in the range of 25lac ; 2nd position for client AUM in the range of 2crore ].

REPORTING : Location Head

Work Location : Delhi

CTC : 13 lac to 23 Lac pa, depending upon current CTC, experience and profile . CTC s will vary as per the client portfolio segmentation which you are currently handling.

Responsibilities:

Driving the premium wealth proposition of Client Indian arm - Treasures, and building up of the bank's portfolio of Wealth clients.

Fulfil all responsibilities in relation to:

- Responsible for CLIENTs Treasures Program - Affluent Banking Segment.

- Responsible for managing a portfolio of Affluent clients.

- Drive premium product and lifestyle innovations.

- Designing and executing strategic alliances with luxury brands / partners catering to specific needs of Affluent and HNW clients.

- Design and delivery of differentiated service experience.

- Create top of the line premium proposition for affluent clients.

- Drive and manage the growth of portfolio of clients by upgrading lower tier clients to affluent segment by extensive use of analytics, direct marketing and rewards.

- Gathering competitor information and aligning opportunities for differentiated positioning of product and services.

- Work with alternate channel leads to drive alternate channel usage and superior client experience.

- Get new partners for deepening the wallet share of existing customers and acquire new to bank customers.

- Drive innovative solutions, ways to engage and communicate with customers and relationship managers.

Requirements:

Required skill(s): Relationship Management / Wealth Management / Private Banking / Affluent Banking,; exceptional communication skills.
