The Mobile Marketing Manager will manage and help formulate the company's mobile marketing. The Mobile Marketing Manager to play a critical role in the development and execution of CRM campaigns for our Travel Triangle mobile app. Campaigns will span email, web site, and mobile channels. You will analyse customer behaviour and conceptualize CRM and data-driven marketing strategies, and drive the execution of these campaigns.

Your ideas and execution will have a direct impact on revenue potential, and will play a critical role in applying our marketing data toward lead generation, re-contact, and trigger-based marketing.

Responsibilities

- Analyze, develop, and build a robust Mobile CRM strategy.

- Increase App downloads by using free and paid channels

- Partner with internal stakeholders to manage the customer database and define the segmentation approach to align campaigns with the strategy.

- Collaborate with internal and external teams on the design of segmentation, nurture programs, and lifecycle strategy for the Travel Triangle app.

- Report on customer behaviour and campaign performance.

- Brainstorm and figures out what- s working and what's not

- Remains Up-to date on recent trends and helps identify and execute our strategy for the same trends

- Manage and lead the team and get work done.

Skills

1.- Excellent English writing skills, strong vocabulary, good reading and comprehension skills is a must have. Possesses knowledge and experience in the tenets of traditional marketing.

2.- Creating brand communication strategies for our brand.

3.- Demonstrates creativity and documented immersion in Mobile Marketing

4.- Proficient in content marketing theory and application.

5.- Exhibits the ability to jump from the creative side of marketing to analytical side
