JOB TITLE : Manager - Leadership Hiring
Purpose of the Job :
Achieves staffing objectives at leadership level by recruiting and evaluating job candidates.
Job Responsibility :
- Responsible for Leadership / niche hiring across all business units, like AGM, AVP, GM, VP for functions related to Business Operations, Marketing, Product and Development.
- Immaculate planning of sourcing and recruiting strategies based on the niche and critical skill buckets.
- Role KRAs includes stakeholder management, dashboard reporting, engagement and onboarding, managing CPH (Cost Per Hire), coaching, system compliance.
- Analyzing niche requirements and carrying out market intelligence research to map the talent pool across domains.
- Initiate process improvements and system simplifications related to enhancing onboarding experience of Leadership joiners, Leadership Engagement program, SOP simplification, etc.
- Leading the company's employability branding initiatives.
- Managing CEO expectations in leadership hiring.

Essential Qualification :
- Graduate/PG with an ability to understand business requirements and frame these requirements in such a way that technical and operational solutions can be developed for the highest impact.
- Should be Excellent in Company and Industry research, Industry mapping
- Possess strong analytic skills with ability to create, measure, and scale the right workflow between candidates, hiring managers, and the recruiting team.
- Ability to work under ambiguity and involve innovative and simple ways to proactively meet business requirement.
Essential Experience :
- 8-10 years of strong sourcing experience in leadership hiring across job boards, LinkedIn, headhunting etc.
- Experience in executive search.
- Must have closed niche and critical senior Positions in stipulated time in pressure situations.
- Should have a proper understanding on Market Talent pool, be capable of doing branding & attracting talent
