Key Responsibilities:

- Reviewing & Finalization of agreement which includes agency services agreement, Suppliers agreement, NDA, Insurance agreement, Hotels agreement for India and abroad.

- Provide legal assistance to functional head and leadership in developing the agreement, communications and policies.

- Provide legal assistance to Human resources team for employment matters and contract drafting for employment and other relating matters with in India and outside India.

- Coordinate for sending of legal notices to clients, filing of legal or civil case against Travel agents / travellers defaulting payments.

- Coordination with Legal consultant in each country for legal cases, disputes resolutions and preparation of contracts with travel agents as per local laws.

- Provide Counsel and Assistance to IT Department on software licensing, anti-infringement and anti-piracy compliances

- Coordinate with Management for consultation and strategic direction with Compliance and IT for Governance, Risk, Audit and Compliance relating to

- Contractual, legal and regulatory obligations; and

- Information and Privacy Compliance across India and other international areas where business exists

- Legal Document Repository - Manage and oversee the Company's commercial contracting purposes, including contract forms and legal contracts repository.

- Collaborate with stakeholders and account owners / departments to educate internal stakeholders on compliance, legal and data protection requirements and to continuously promote a culture of compliance, integrity and data protection internally.

- Provide Counsel, Assistance and Support in creation of structures and environment for ethical and legal compliances and support enforcement of global compliance policies that are applicable across multiple business units.

Preference:

Worked in an Indian MNC or law firm having exposure in dealing with compliance related to subsidiaries outside India, Experience in cyber laws and International laws.

Skills

1. Must be a problem-solver

2. Should have handled a team size of 3-7 people.

3. Expertise in MS office and Tally.

Preferences

1. LLB degree along with CA

2. Secretarial Knowledge

3. Start-up experience

4. Rich knowledge in Finance, Accounts & Legal

5. Handled SAP/ERP.

6. Background of Travel Industry.
