Key Responsibilities :

Functional :

Project Execution :

- Review of Project estimation & cash flow (Budgeted & Actual)

- Variance analysis & highlight areas requiring special attention

- Preparation of monthly MIS

- Co-ordination of billing and verification of bills for payment release to vendors.

- Tracking of project revenues, cost, billing and collections.

- Store accounting, control and inventory reports.

- Review of client (including claims & uncertified bills)

- Verification of taxation, payment terms & other commercial condition in work order.

- Follow up and collection - C- Forms. Payments updation, Account Reconciliation

- Raising Debit & credit notes as per requirement.

- Monitoring the accounts and commercial activities of project.

- Ensure Statutory compliance of country wise and tax wise

Minimum Qualifications : B.Com, M.Com / ICWAI

Experience Range : 6- 12 Years
