Transitions Manager - Projects

- Minimum of 7-8 years experience in Transition / Project management.

- Manage smooth transition of projects.

- Ability to plan and execute seamless migration of operations.

- Coordinate with various stakeholders globally and maintain very good rapport.

- Prepare presentation material to share with the project stakeholders

- Good communication and influencing skills

- Keep the transition team informed about the status on all the activities

- Maintain all the Trackers and system updated

- Handle any hindrances and propose best approach to overcome any issues

- Timely escalation of any alerts while working on solving the same

- Ability and experience in preparing various required documents for KPI, SLA and other control documents.
