Transition Manager - F&A process - PMP Certified - for a leading MNC, Chennai

Leading MNC with strong outsourcing business lines ranging from Pre Publishing/Creative Services to Financial Management Services head quatered in US but strong KPO operations centered in Chennai for APAC region, is looking for strong Transition Managers at various levels :

Junior Transition Project Manager, Transition Project Manager and Senior Project Managers

Domain : Finance and Accounts Preferred

Experience : Has carried out multiple Transitions of the size 1500-2000 FTE

Mandatory : PMP Certification

Preferred Domain : Chennai

Base Location : Chennai, willing to travel frequently to North India as well as Globally

Responsibilities :

- Partner and collaborate with the respective stake holders to capture the end to end details from a Process perspective including, but not limited to :

- Process maps

- Performance metrics

- Upstream and downstream linkages

- Risk assessment and mitigation opportunities

- Identify standardization and automation opportunities

- Gaps in the process / performance metrics

- Conduct process simulation and partner with STM to evaluate receiving location workforce assessment

- Manage the flow of knowledge and communicate to Stakeholders as applicable

- Report on progress of the transition

- Escalate any issues, risks, opportunities and actively seek decisions

- Develop Transition project plans

- Coordinate with Offshore PM's in the execution of the Transition

Skill Set/Competency :

- Strong program management skills with PMP certification

- Strong communication skills - verbal, written and status articulations.

- Deliver projects within budget and on time with great quality and an exposure to world class project management principles.

- Willingness to travel.
