Transition/Change Manager - Client On-boarding - BFSI (5-8 yrs)

Every new Prime Finance client is assigned a Transition Manager who is responsible for managing and coordinating all aspects of the on-boarding process ensuring a seamless and timely launch. The Transition Manager provides a single point of contact for the client and acts as the primary intermediary between the client and the various internal specialists.

The Transition Manager works closely with Sales, Client Management, Credit, Legal, Risk, Network Management, Trading, Operations, Collateral, and Compliance as well as the clients themselves.

Your responsibilities will include but not be limited to :

- Ensuring that clients’ needs are met at all stages of the Transition process leading to a seamless on-boarding experience.

- Assisting clients through the KYC and AML processes.

- Liaising with clients to obtain necessary account opening requirements including technical implementation details around connectivity as well as reporting needs.

- Managing the account opening process with the internal stakeholders as well as the corresponding systems.

- Coordinating with the Legal Transition team to ensure that the correct documentation suite is in place for launch date.

- Providing post go-live support and continuing to build client relationships as clients launch future funds and/or add new product requirements.

- Providing weekly on-boarding updates to key internal teams.

- Producing periodic Transition-related metrics and statistics as well as ad-hoc analyses to management.

Preferred Skills :

- 3-4 years previous experience in a client on-boarding role.

- Knowledge of hedge funds from a prime broker’s perspective
