Transformation Specialist - Investment Banking/Capital Markets Domain

Prefer CVs from BPOs / KPOs or BFS shared services and No IT BFS Transformations CVs.

- Looking for strong BFS Domain experts specific to capital markets or Investment Banking stream with strong Transformation experience

- Should have initiated and implemented good transformation projects in the capital markets or Investment banking domain,

- Should possess Hands on knowledge on at least one process improvement methodology such as Lean / Six Sigma / Balanced Scorecard / TQM / TOC etc.

- Working knowledge on some IT applications and / or tools ( ERP package such as SAP , Oracle or tools such as Cicero / Lombardi etc.)

- Consulting experience preferred. Excellent Communication, analytical & interpersonal skills are must

- Strategic and tactical thinking skills

Primary Job Role:

- Manage successful outcomes of Transformation Projects

- Support RFPs / RFIs by positioning Transformation solution as a differentiator for large strategic deals

Project Management Review & Control :

- Monitor, drive, execute tasks as per project plan to ensure successful outcomes with Scope, Time, Cost.

- Evolve innovative solutions through collaboration ,within the organization, that satisfies the Business Case criteria.
