Transformation Lead - Business Excellence (6-12 yrs)

Delhi/NCR/Mumbai/Bangalore/Chennai Job Code: 278975

Role :- Business Excellence Transformation Lead

Location :- Bangalore / Chennai / Mumbai / Delhi NCR

Responsibilities / Main accountabilities:

Key Responsibilities

1. Drive business transformation through Lean Six sigma and Analytics

2. Identity and lead Process Re-engineering, Entitlement, Robotics and Innovation initiatives

3. Interact with client/ internal stakeholders to drive and influence improvement objectives

4. Collaborate with multiple functions within Delivery Excellence and Innovation in driving industry certifications.

5. Onsite @Client engagements as required

6. Lead global projects in Business Excellence

7. Participate and contribute to sales bids, especially towards proposing optimal solution design and noiseless transition / mobilization

8. Be a change agent and enable leadership to pursue path breaking themes / strategies

9. Be responsible for the Operations Maturity Framework for one/multiple deals or a towers/site

10. People manager/coach for a team

11. Act as a mentor to Six Sigma and Lean projects for their span

Client and Business Engagement:

1. Driving end to end improvement through value stream mapping

2. Enable Business Excellence culture and deployment at client end

3. Be a strategic partner in driving clients business goals and outcomes by replicating Industry best practices, cutting edge processes / technology assets and frameworks, and innovations

Experience & Qualification:

5 to 12 Yrs post PG ( Preferred) with min 3 + yrs exp in the Business Excellence Role.

Black Belt Certified ( preferred)
