Transformation Consultant - Supply Chain - BPO (8-20 yrs)
We are looking for Sr Domain Delivery Manager for Order fulfilment under Supply Chain for our client Infosys BPO in Pune / Bangalore plus APAC.
Job Description:
- Provide domain expertise to order management and supply chain engagements.
- Lead transition of processes to a global delivery setup.
- Drive performance improvements by working on transformation solutions, which can realize business benefits for the client engagements.
- Work with diverse client stakeholders and operations teams to understand business challenges and identify potential solutions
- Develop a strategic and operational road map to implement these solutions.
- Implement transformation programs by working collaboratively with stakeholders across different geographies.
- Drive revenue growth within the engagement for Infosys by expanding current opportunities or adding new business.
Education & Relevant experience required:
- Deep Domain Expertise in order management and supply chain
- Experience in transitioning new engagements in the order management and supply chain processes
- Experience in driving transformation and performance improvements in order management and supply chain processes
- Experience in solution design & pre-sales activities.
