Transformation Consultant - BFSI

Position Objective:

- Lead and manage identification and successful outcomes of Transformation Programs Projects in BFSI Insurance domain using Transformation framework

- Connect with clients to understand overall business landscape and drive opportunities for strategic cost reduction

- Support BFSI Insurance domain account offering owners in building,enriching and selling domain offering capabilities

- Deep knowledge and experience in BFSI Insurance domain having worked in multiple environments and industries within the domain deep understanding of the business environment market dynamics best practices and industry trends in the given domain

- Preferably worked in multinational organizations or clients and having exposure to international practices and business transformational initiatives

- Working knowledge on some IT applications and or tools ( ERP package such as SAP or Oracle or tools such as Cicero or Lombardi etc.) or working knowledge on one process improvement methodology such as Lean / Six Sigma or TQM or TOC etc preferred.

Consulting experience preferred. Excellent Communication with analytical and interpersonal skills are must.
