Our client is a Leading Chartered Accountant firm with over 300 members and a National footprint and international linkages.   They are looking to hire top talent for their Transfer Pricing practice to be based out of their Mumbai/Pune offices.  Job Description :   Incumbent will be responsible for following :  - Independently Handling Transfer Pricing assignments including :  a) Transfer Pricing audits  b) Compiling Transfer Pricing documentation & issuing CA Certificate (Form 3CEB)  c) Formulating TP Policy etc  - Handling assessments and appeals relating to Transfer Pricing.  - Preparing presentations on transfer pricing.  - Assisting in article writing / presentations on transfer pricing.  - Knowledge updation and sharing within the firm.  Desired Candidate Profile :  Incumbent is expected to have following skill set :   - 2+ years experience in/exposure to the following areas is essential either in the CA / consultancy firm or in the Industry   a) Entire gamut of transfer pricing  b) Formulating transfer pricing policy  c) Transfer Pricing documentation and Compliances (Form 3CEB)  d) Handling client liaisoning  - Knowledge of/exposure to the following areas will be an added advantage  a) Income tax / corporate tax compliance, planning and advisory   b) International tax structuring  c) FEMA  d) Double tax avoidance agreements  e) Company law  - Should have independently handled transfer pricing or tax assessments / scrutiny  - Should have leadership & presentation abilities  - Good communication skills including legal/technical drafting  - Good interpersonal skills
