Job Profile:

Essential Functions & Key responsibilities

Manage and lead MIS for all the ongoing projects at the Project Level, like:

- Expense MIS

- Sales MIS

- Project Capital Budgeting

- Projected Cash Flow Statement

- Tracking of budget for the project

- Coordination with project site accounts manager

- Provide regular project updates on the accounts.

- Identify, forecast and notify of the possible future challenges

- Making presentation to the Management - Involvement in stakeholder meetings.

Qualification & Experience

CA with 3 to 6 years of experience.

Key Skills / Abilities

- Strong interpersonal skills, ability to communicate and manage well at all levels of the organization and with staff at remote locations essential.

- Strong problem solving and creative skills and the ability to exercise sound judgement and make decisions based on accurate and timely analysis.

- High level of integrity and dependability with a strong sense of urgency and results- orientation.

- Problem-solving abilities and reliability.

- Should have end to end accounting experience

- Real Estate Industry exposure is preferred
